How many people per class?

Fearless Athletics Group Strength Training program allows members to participate in small 10-12 person training sessions coached by a Personal Trainer. These sessions allow members to take part in motivating/fun workouts where they are being directed and supervised by a professional while sharing their fitness experience with others.

What are your training programs?

Variety is important in a fitness program because it allows for your body to be challenged on a consistent basis and to overcome a plateau. A plateau happens when the body has become accustom or used to doing the same repeated exercises over and over again .To overcome a plateau the mixture of new exercises and placing new demands on the body will increase the intensity in addition to promoting new muscle growth.  We offer a variety of cross training and fit camp which consist of weight training, cardio, ab work, yoga stretching, etc...
