CROSS-TRAINING & STRENGTH TRAINING

MONDAY WEDNESDAY FRIDAY SATURDAY

Cross Training classes are taught by certified Crossfit trainers.  It is a metabolic fitness class that combines varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All  workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more.  Basically you get to maximize results, by spending less time training.

 

While we do the same movements on a regular basis, it is unlikely you will ever do the same workout twice. The group setting is both motivational and community driven. It is you against you every day, but all of our members are there pushing and cheering you on.

 

The Fearless Athletics Membership includes our Cross Training classes 

FIT CAMP

TUEDAYS - THURSDAYS SATURDAYS

FIT CAMP program is a mixture of cardio intervals, abs, body-weight, kettle bell, and med ball training. No barbells.  It allows our members to have two recovery days a week from the weightlifting, it is also the best and safest way for new members to get started.

YOUTH SPORTS PERFORMANCE

Fearless Athletics Athletes (FAA) specializes in programming designed for youth ages 5-18.  Younger athletes are guided through a series of training exercises to help them discover the many ways the body can move.  They can often be observed jumping, throwing, skipping, crawling and more.  As the athlete progresses thru the stages of development a deeper emphasis is place on functional strength, linear and lateral speed, agility, balance, power, and all of the other critical element of athletic development. 

 

Our program includes body weight movements, speed & agility, core training, kettle bells and dumb bells.

Power Yoga is designed to improve the health, performance, and mental acuity of athletes or individuals interested in improving their level of fitness.  It blends balance, strength, and flexibility.

FEARLESS ATHLETICS

Hey! If you are anything like us, you just skipped to the end :-) so here’s the scoop - we want to train you as long as you’re willing to put in some work! We only ask that you show up and work your butt off! Our job is to get you some amazing results and give you a great experience every time!
