Our weekly membership includes unlimited FIT Camp, Cross Training and Power Yoga classes. 

KIDS FUNCTIONAL FITNESS CLASSES

This is our youth Cross Training and Agility classes. Classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays Saturdays. This is a great way to get and keep your children active. Whether you just want them to learn how to live an active lifestyle, or to boost athletic performance in sports, this class is the perfect option.
