Crosstraining Group Classes

Mondays - Wednesdays - Fridays  8am-10am    5pm - 7pm  

Saturday 10am

A combination of strength, flexibility, agility, speed, coordination, cardiovascular endurance and balance.   

Fun * Intense * Training aka FITCAMP

Tuesdays & Thursdays 6am - 10am 5pm - 8pm Saturday 9am

Our version of Boot camp! Tuesdays & Thursdays we give everyone something a little different and fun! 

A combination of body weight movements, gymnastics, calisthenics, yoga, cardio, abs, core work, kettle-bells, or med ball training. 

Power Yoga

Mondays 10 am, Wednesdays 10 am, & Saturday 8 am

YogaFit is designed to improve the health, performance, and mental acuity of athletes or individuals interested in improving their level of fitness.  It aids in blends balance, strength and flexibility which improves your overall health.  

Kids Functional Fitness

Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:30pm Saturdays 10am

This is our Kids Functional Fitness class. These classes focus on functional cardio movements and strength patterns design to increase flexible strength for daily living activities.
